Photo is from the photo archives of John Stokes - nothing further known. The finish, particularly the sunbursting, on this set either looks to either have been tampered with or poorly refinished.
The cabinet is a smaller version of that used on the Courtenay model 140 which seems to be the case for most Acme models.
Possibly not the original knobs. John Stokes noted on the back of this photo that it should probably have had hex knobs.
