Kitset 6-transistor AM radio, unknown manufacturer
Built into the Philips cabinet used in the model B1Z95U. That cabinet was used for various other things as well - it's possible Philips imported or moulded too many of these cabinets and sold them on for other uses (including extension speakers and other various transistor radios).
