Appears to be a Westco model 39 as seen in The Golden Age of Radio, page 84 (Westco manufactured a number of Golden Knight models).

Often the model number will be stamped into the metalwork in the back, in front of the serial number - ie: if you find 126 3454 then its probably a model 126. This is not always the case, but its pretty common. Often a different number stamp will be used as well, so the model code and the serial number will be in different 'fonts'. Here are a couple of examples:
